Let’s talk about this for a moment.
Now, I’m as much a fangirl as anybody. I JCap spammed photos like crazy in my Tumblr heyday (i.e before I got a girlfriend) so I get it. But some of the people that made their way onto the LJ board and now on here AND on Twitter are acting like fools need to stop. It’s pretty terrifying some of the things that people are saying and doing and it’s disrespectful to carry yourselves like that.
Jessica Capshaw is a PERSON. She’s a woman. An actress. A mother. A wife.
She’s not a lesbian, she never will be one. She doesn’t want to sleep with you or marry you or have your babies. She’s not on Twitter to get spammed with crazy freak fans and she’s not on there to cater to your every whim or desperation messages of “Please tweet me so I can die happy!” or any of that crap. So here’s a little unsolicited advice from me. Being a fangirl is great. Follow her on Twitter, get excited when she tweets stuff, post pretty photos of her, promote the show, that’s all great! But for the love of God, BE RESPECTFUL. Be a fangirl, but stop with the harassing and scary stalker like talk all over Tumblr and Twitter.
Calm yourselves down. Geesh.
Now, this is probably unpopular opinion and will likely make me lose a billion followers, whatever, but I go through my timeline and am just flabbergasted at some people on here. I thought it should be mentioned that we should all be respectful and act like civilized human beings! Come on. Use your common sense people.
